Terms and Conditions for Device/Data Storage After Service Completion
- Notification of Service Completion:
- Upon completion of the data recovery or repair service, the customer will be notified promptly via the contact information provided at the time of submission.
- Collection Period:
- Customers are required to collect their devices and/or recovered data within 15 days of the notification date.
- An additional grace period of 15 days may be granted upon written request by the customer.
- Unclaimed Devices/Data:
- Suppose the device and/or data are not collected within 30 days of the notification. In that case, the company will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or disposal of the unclaimed device or data.
- Storage Charges:
- For devices or data not collected within the stipulated period, a storage fee may be applied for every additional day beyond the 30 days.
- Final Disposal:
- Devices and/or data unclaimed for 90 days will be considered abandoned, and the company reserves the right to dispose of them in compliance with applicable laws.
- Customer Responsibility:
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the timely collection of their device and data within the specified timeframe.
- Limitation of Liability:
- The company will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from the failure to collect devices or data within the specified period.
